张正，男，1979年5月生人，于2012年6月获中国海洋大学海洋生物学专业博士学位，中国水产科学研究院黄海水产研究所项目研究员。主要从事海水养殖病原学、病理学、新渔药创制、健康养殖工艺与病害临床防控技术等方面的研究，先后承担和参与国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划项目、山东省重点研发计划课题、山东省自然科学基金、青岛市关键技术攻关及产业化示范项目等30余项各类课题的研究任务，发表论文70篇，获授权发明专利32项，实用新型专利8项，获第十六届中国科协求是杰出青年成果转化奖（2013年）、中华农业科技奖科研成果二等奖（2011年）等各类奖励11项。兼任中国畜牧兽医学会中兽医分会常务理事、山东省兽医协会专家委员会委员、山东中兽医研究会常务副理事长、青岛市水产学会秘书长，获聘中国海洋大学、上海海洋大学、江苏海洋大学、青岛科技大学、天津农学院等高校硕士研究生导师。
