张旭志,男,博士,中国水产科学研究院黄海水产研究所研究员。中国水产科学研究院“百名科技英才”培育计划第一批人选;中国海洋大学、上海海洋大学、大连海洋大学和青岛科技大学研究生导师;澳大利亚新南威尔士大学公派访问学者;中澳青年科学家交流计划项目成员。从事生化传感器及其应用技术研究,国际首创高效电容耦合非接触电导传感概念,解决了流体、半流体介质电导率值的准确测定难题,突破了高通量在线监测污水、血液等复杂样品导电能力变化的技术瓶颈,开发出了多功能电子滴定仪、电子微生物生长分析仪等自动化装备并构建出化学滴定、药敏试验、微生物快检等系列应用技术。主持完成国家级项目/课题3项、省部级项目/课题7项、其它纵向科研项目4项和横向开发项目5项。第一作者/通讯作者发表SCI收录论文40余篇,其中JCR一区15篇;获授权中国发明专利8件(已转让4件)和美国发明专利1件。根据国家标准,第三方科研成果标准化评价机构给与所完成科技成果“电子微生物生长传感器”和“八通道电子滴定仪”的评价结论皆为“整体水平达到国际领先”。获省部级以上奖励、荣誉6项。成果“电子微生物生长传感器”获第二十二届中国国际高新技术成果交易会优秀产品奖。
