江承程,男,1994年12月生人,于2023年6月获中国海洋大学食品科学与工程专业博士学位,现任中国水产科学研究院黄海水产研究所博士后。主要从事海洋多糖资源综合利用等方面的研究,目前以第一作者或共同一作发表论文11篇,其中SCI论文10篇。
