硕士生导师

孙慧慧,女,198804月生人,于201601月获华东理工大学生物化工专业的博士学位,现就职于中国水产科学研究院黄海水产研究所,副研究员,现任青岛科技大学硕士生导师。主要从事微生物酶与生物催化转化在海洋食品中的应用等方面的研究,主持包括国家自然科学基金青年基金、中国博士后科学基金、山东省自然科学基金博士基金等在内共计6项课题,并作为科研骨干参与了国家重点研发计划蓝色粮仓科技创新重点专项1项。累计发表论文20余篇,其中以第一及通讯作者在Comprehensive Reviews in Food Science and Food SafetyJournal of Agricultural and Food ChemistryInternational Journal of Biological Macromolecules等领域内权威期刊发表论文10篇;获授权发明专利6项;参编著作《海洋食品酶工程》1部。荣获神农中华农业科技奖科学研究类成果一等奖(第五完成人,2021)。获黄海水产研究所优秀博士后称号(2017)。
