
马强,男,1995年3月生人,于2021年6月获华东师范大学动物学专业博士学位(硕博连读),现任中国水产科学研究院黄海水产研究所助理研究员,硕士生导师。主要从事水产动物营养与饲料方面的研究,目前担任大连海洋大学、青岛科技大学硕士生导师、国家海水鱼体系的骨干成员和水科院海水养殖动物营养生理与代谢调控创新团队的学科带头人。先后主持了国家自然科学基金青年科学基金、十四五国家重点研发计划子课题、中国博士后科学基金第71批面上资助、青岛市博士后应用研究项目及多项企业横向课题。以第一作者或通讯作者在Zoological Research、Aquaculture等期刊发表SCI论文10余篇,首次发现杂食性鱼类要比肉食性鱼类更耐低氧,阐明了鱼类食性与低氧耐受性的关系,揭示了自然界中不同鱼类适应低氧的一种普适机制,为培育耐低氧鱼类新品种和耐低氧饲料配方设计提供了重要参考。现为Aquaculture、Aquaculture Nutrition和Fish Physiology and Biochemistry等SCI期刊审稿人,Fishes期刊的客座编辑。以第一发明人发明实用新型专利2项,以第9完成人获得中国水产科学研究院科学技术奖二等奖和2023年中国产学研合作创新成果奖优秀奖,以第四作者参与编写红鳍东方鲀养殖投喂技术规范和配合饲料团体标准2项。曾获得2023年“水科英才”培育计划-青年英才称号、黄海青年人才奖-优秀博士后奖、2021年上海市“优秀毕业生”和上海市水产学会2019-2020年度优秀科技论文一等奖等称号。

主要研究内容、研究方向
本人研究方向为水产动物营养与饲料,研究内容聚焦在鱼类逆境生理与代谢调控、低鱼粉鱼油饲料研发。针对目前养殖环境恶劣和鱼粉资源短缺的现状,研究成果系统阐明了鱼类食性与低氧耐受性的关系,并开发出了“人造鱼油”,为研发抗低氧饲料、培育耐低氧的鱼类新品种、低鱼粉鱼油和促健康饲料提供了新的思路。
