
徐后国,研究员,中国水产科学研究院黄海水产研究所食品工程与营养研究室副主任。山东日照人。2013年博士毕业于中国海洋大学,博士论文获评“山东省优秀博士学位论文”。于2011和2013年分别赴美国密苏里大学及美国大气与海洋管理局西北渔业科学中心作短期访问学者。现任上海海洋大学、中国海洋大学、大连海洋大学、江苏海洋大学、浙江海洋大学、青岛科技大学、河北农业大学、天津农学院及中国农业科学研究院硕士生导师。黄海水产研究所“青年科技奖”获得者,入选中国水产科学研究院“百名科技英才培育计划”、中国水产科学研究院“中青年拔尖人才”及江苏省“双创人才”,山东省自然科学基金“优秀青年基金”获得者。
现任《Aquaculture Nutrition》和《Aquaculture Research》期刊编辑;《Fish Physiology and Biochemistry》客座编辑;中国水产学会水产动物营养与饲料专业委员会委员;中国水产学会生物饵料专业委员会委员;全国动物营养指导委员会水产动物营养分会秘书。
研究方向为水产动物营养与饲料,专注于鱼类脂肪酸营养生理及脂质代谢调控研究。迄今为止,在该领域共发表学术论文100余篇,其中,以第一及通讯作者发表SCI论文60余篇(单篇最高影响因子16.195)。获国家发明专利10余项。获海洋科学技术二等奖1项。
