孙秀俊,博士,副研究员。多年以来,一直从事贝类经济性状的遗传解析和遗传育种等领域的研究工作,取得了多项重要研究进展。采用高分辨熔解曲线分析(HRM)构建了扇贝、牡蛎、毛蚶等海产贝类的SNP分型技术体系,查明了海产贝类群体的种质资源现状及遗传结构的时空变化特征,为贝类种质资源保护和利用提供了重要遗传信息;完成了虾夷扇贝外套膜的转录组测序和基因表达谱分析,获得多个生物矿化和色素沉积的相关基因及其调控通路;率先建立了虾夷扇贝贝壳黑色素提取及色谱、磁共振鉴定技术,阐明了虾夷扇贝黑色素合成关键基因TYR-3的转录和翻译调控机制;查明了虾夷扇贝闭壳肌中横纹肌和平滑肌的组织学和超微结构特征,从组学水平揭示了虾夷扇贝闭壳肌结构相关基因转录和转录后的复杂调控机制。近年来,主持国家自然科学基金、国家蓝色粮仓重点研发计划子课题任务、山东省自然科学基金、中央级基本科研业务费等项目9项,总合同经费200余万元。迄今,以第一作者在BMC Genomics、Marine Ecology Progress Series、Aquaculture等国内外重要学术刊物发表研究论文26篇,其中SCI收录20篇,授权国家发明和实用新型专利4项。
