
代平,男,1987年5月生人,于2014年6月获中国科学院海洋研究所海洋生物学博士学位,现为中国水产科学研究院黄海水产研究所副研究员。主要从事水产动物遗传育种、重要性状遗传解析以及种质资源开发等研究。
主持国家重点研发计划项目子课题、国家自然科学基金青年基金、山东省自然科学基金、山东省科技型中小企业创新能力提升工程等课题10项,总经费700余万元;在国内外专业学术期刊发表论文40余篇,其中以第一作者或通讯作者在Genetics Selection Evolution、Aquaculture等刊物发表SCI文章12篇;授权国家发明专利18项,软件著作权3项;获中国水产学会范蠡科学技术奖等科技奖励5项;先后获黄海水产研究所“优秀博士后”、“青年科技奖”,入选全国乡村振兴青年先锋、中国水产科学研究院“百名科技英才培育计划”。

主要研究内容、研究方向
建立了以剩余摄食量为对虾饲料效率指标的遗传评估体系以及基因组选择平台,解析了凡纳滨对虾饲料利用效率遗传变异的机制,为培育高效饲料利用新品种提供了重要的理论依据;评价了凡纳滨对虾在低蛋白低鱼粉饲料下的选育潜力,为凡纳滨对虾耐低蛋白饲料新品种选育奠定基础;研制出可全程替代沙蚕等鲜活饵料的亲虾促熟和催产功能性人工配合饲料,切断了特定病原通过沙蚕等生物饵料传播的途径。
