隋娟，博士，副研究员，山东淄博人。2011年毕业于中国科学院海洋研究所，获理学博士学位。长期从事水产养殖动物遗传育种技术研究。开展南美白对虾、中国对虾、罗氏沼虾、斑点叉尾鮰等水产养殖动物的多世代精准遗传评估工作，并开展遗传进展最优化、混合DNA评估技术及育种群体整齐度相关研究。公开发表论文14篇（第一作者5篇），其中SCI13篇（第一作者5篇）。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金、蓝色粮仓科技创新子课题等5项课题，总经费98万元。
主要研究方向：水产养殖动物遗传育种技术研究。包括多世代育种数据精准遗传评估、遗传进展最优化、混合DNA评估技术、育种群体整齐度研究。
