吴彪，博士，研究员，硕士研究生导师，山东省青年海洋科技奖、青岛市青年科技奖获得者，“水科英才”培育对象。主要从事贝类种质资源、遗传育种、苗种繁育与养殖相关研究，在贝类种质资源库建设与种质资源评估、新种质创制及推广应用等方面取得多项显著成果。建成我国重要贝类种质资源库和DNA条形码信息平台，组织实施第一次全国水产养殖种质资源调查黄渤海区贝类种质资源系统调查任务；绘制近江牡蛎基因组图谱，构建多个贝类组学数据库，获得大量分子标记和功能基因，解析了重要海洋贝类种群遗传结构和重要性状形成的调控机制；创新双壳贝类大规模苗种培育的多项技术，构建了贝类苗种繁育新技术体系。截至目前，主持国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划子课题、山东省重点研发计划项目、山东省自然科学基金等各类项目和课题30余项，以第一作者和通讯作者在Molecular Ecology Resources、Aquaculture、Frontiers in Marine Science等国内外学术期刊发表论文37篇，第一发明人获国家专利11项，参编专著2部，参与制定行业标准2项，作为主要完成人获海洋科学技术二等奖、浙江省科技进步二等奖、天津市科技进步二等奖、青岛市科技进步二等奖、中国水产科学研究院科技进步二等奖等奖励6项。
