王新萌,女,1990年12月生,于2020年1月获中国海洋大学增殖养殖工程专业博士学位,2020年7月进入中国水产科学研究院黄海水产研究所博士后科研工作站,2023年7月博士后出站留黄海水产研究所任助理研究员。主要从事海洋牧场生态效应研究,主持山东省博士后创新项目1项,发表论文10余篇,授权实用新型2项。
