栾青杉，博士，副研究员，硕导，无党派人士。
2010年，中国科学院海洋研究所海洋生态学专业毕业，同年进入中国水产科学研究院黄海水产研究所工作。
2017~2018年，National Institute of Water and Atmospheric Research（新西兰），访问学者。
2022~2023年，Scottish Association for Marine Science（英国），访问学者。
主要从事海洋浮游植物生态学研究。
