吴强，男，1980年4月生人，于2017年6月获中国海洋大学渔业资源专业的博士学位，现任中国水产科学研究院黄海水产研究所副研究员。主要从事渔业资源与生态等方面的研究，主持课题10余项；发表论文60余篇、出版著作7部、获海洋科学技术奖二等奖1项。
