单秀娟,女,研究员,博士生导师,2008年毕业于中国科学院海洋研究所获博士学位,2013-2014年加拿大The University of British Columbia客座副教授、2016年美国University of Washington访问学者。2011年入选首批中国水产科学研究院“百名英才培育计划”、2015年入选中国水产科学研究院中青年拔尖人才;2017年入选国家实验室“鳌山人才”优秀青年学者,作为“海洋渔业资源与生态环境”团队成员,2020年入选山东省泰山学者青年专家,2014年获中组部、中宣部、人社部、科技部联合授予“全国专业技术人才先进集体”称号;目前,担任中韩海洋生物资源专家组组长、北太平洋海洋科学组织(PICES)WG36工作组主席、S-CCME工作组主席、ICES-PICES CERP主席、中国SCOR委员等。
主要从事渔业资源生态学研究。近5年来,先后承担了国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金项目、UNDP/GEF项目、美国Packard基金项目、973专题、山东省重大创新工程课题、APN项目、省杰出青年基金、鳌山科技创新计划项目、农业农村部财政项目、外交部项目等多项,取得了一系列研究成果,发表论文60余篇,其中SCI收录40余篇,参编中英文专著12部;多次参与执笔国家级、省部级战略研究与规划编写;获得国家各级奖励4项。
